Overall, pleasantly pleased with the arrangement. One thing is that the lady who delivered them, just sat them down and left. Did not say a word.

I live 200 miles from Cisco and blindly called Poppy's to deliver an arrangement to my best friend. Cisco - you should be thankful that you have Poppies Florist in your town. Great Customer Service.
My CC was missing some info that they needed to process the payment but they delivered anyway and got the information later. Unreal. They sent a Beautiful arrangement. All I did was say - I want something "nice". They went above and beyond what I ever expected. THANK YOU !!
